Biografia

Chiara joined the Human Value in July 2012, within the Executive Search Division where she operates focusing mainly on the LifeScience Practice.

A graduate in Foreign Languages and Literature, she  studied HR issues attending and Executive Master in Human Resources Direction at Stogea.

Chiara entered the consulting field in 2001, in Heidrick & Struggles and, in 2003, took part enthusiastically to the start-up of Hicons, following Search & Selection processes and supporting the Partners in the Executive Search activities.

She is fluent in English and Spanish, practices Yoga and loves the sea.
