Massimo’s professional experience has matured, in the course of 20 years, within Italian and multinational companies, active in diversified business areas, covering responsibility roles in the Human Resources and Organization Department.

He worked for Technicolor, Johnson & Johnson, Industria Farmaceutica Serono, as well as in the Federici Group (active in the field of cement, building, real estate and engineering, both in Italy and abroad) where he also was a Board Member within controlled companies.

His executive search experience began at the end of 1997, as Partner of I.C. Interconsult. In july 2001, following the handing over of the activities of I.C. Interconsult, he became a Partner of H&S International, following the practices: Industry, Healthcare and Consumer Goods.

He then was the co-founder of Hicons and, after almost 10 years, he decided to join Human Value, becoming Partner and maintaining the Hicons brand that it will keep operating in the Executive Search.

During these years, he conducted several executive search projects regarding various company functions, for local and multinational clients.
