Associate Partner

Stefano Delli Veneri has been a consultant for Executive Search and Assessment activities since 2015, focusing on FMCG, Industrial and Services. Previously, he held roles with increasing responsibilities in both commercial and management fields – both within Italian and International environments.

After a first experience in Leonardo (formerly Finmeccanica), he joined a Dutch service company that looked to Italy as a reference market in Southern Europe. He starts as a Business Development Manager but over the years he has taken on the responsibility of Country Chair after having set up the company and staffed the Italian business. In 2015 he entered the world of Management and Executive Search, holding roles in Mercuri Urval, Korn Ferry Professional Search EMEA and Chaberton Partners.

In 2021 he joined Birra Peroni / Asahi Group to hold the role of Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in Italy, gaining from the valauble point of view of his usual counterparts.

In 2022 he returns to his professional passion, becoming Associate Partner of Human Value and Hicons.

Graduated from Naples (Federico II) and Rome (LUISS), he is fluent in English. He is curious, dynamic and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit in everything he does. Passionate about his family – his wife and his daughter Fabrizia – of water sports and sea life.
